Outstanding Owls: 3-4 years (Preschool Room)

This room is 3-4 years and labeled as a preschool room. It has a maximum of 16 of children and two Educators. This room is the next room up from the 19-35 month room. They are still helping with potty training and now working more on cognitive development. These rooms are on routines, they have two activities a day based on the children’s interests. They have scheduled gym time. outdoor play, circle times, they are learning beginning French words and these are taught about twenty minutes a day .They are learning all the developmental milestones and are starting to do more than independent and parallel play. They have monthly calendars that go home and special days and field trips that they often do. They also still have a nap time from 12-2.
