Rowdy Racoons: 4 – 5 years (Pre-Kindergarten Room)

The Rowdy Racoon room is our pre-kinder classroom. In this room the two educators can provide care for up to 20 children.
During this stage of development, the providers are getting each child ready to enter into elementary school, focusing largely on their social and academic skills, while still incorporating daily activities based on the interest of the children to further their learning in all other domains. We work hard on building the children’s independence and problem-solving skills that they will take into kindergarten.
Children must be potty-trained to enter into this classroom.
